How the service works

2 – We create a personal plan, individually tailored to meet your specific needs and suit your lifestyle.

3 – Once you are happy with your personal plan, we can put this into action, and you can start to see the benefits.

4 – We offer a two month check-up to assess your situation – we make sure the plan is working for you and can suggest changes or additions as required. Check-ups can be provided on an ongoing basis if necessary.
